MONDAY 12 NOVEMBER 2007
All delegates will be met at Auckland International Airport by the Warrant Officer of the Royal New Zealand Navy (RNZN) and transferred to the Hilton Auckland.
TUESDAY 13 NOVEMBER 2007
- Delegates continue to arrive
It is requested that all delegates arrive in Auckland no later than 1200 (local time) today.All delegates will be met at Auckland International Airport by the Warrant Officer of the Royal New Zealand Navy and transferred to the Hilton Auckland.
At 1630 all delegates will be uplifted from the Hilton Auckland and transported to HMNZS PHILOMEL for a Powhiri at Te Taua Moana Marae.
Dress for the Powhiri is RNZN 4W Long
On completion of the Powhiri, delegates will be uplifted from Te Taua Moana Marae and transported to the Senior Rates Fleet Mess for a Welcoming Meet and Greet. On completion (at approx 2030) delegates will be returned to the Hilton Auckland.
Dress for the Meet and Greet is RNZN 4W Long.
WEDNESDAY 14 NOVEMBER 2007
Symposium Day One
- The Symposium will begin at 0900 and will conclude around 1700.
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are included.
- An agenda will be promulgated separately in due course.
- Dress for the Symposium is RNZN 4W Long.
THURSDAY 15 NOVEMBER 2007
Symposium Day Two
- The Symposium will begin at 0900 and will conclude around 1700.
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are included.
Gala Dinner
At 1900 guests are requested to join with senior members of the RNZN for a Gala Dinner in the Aquamarine Room 2 of the Hilton Hotel. Dress for this event is RNZN 6 Mess Undress.
