Senior Rates Summer Uniform

Summer uniform is worn over the summer months (November to April).

The uniform itself is described as a defined dress from 1-7 and further identified as a summer uniform by a "W" which refers to the colour of the uniform being predominantly white. White is used to maintain a formal look, traditionally Navy summer uniforms are white and the added benefit is that white reflects a lot of colours and does not store heat, keeping people cool in the summer. 5W: is no longer in use.
