Note that Naval Housing is available to serving personnel and their families only.
On Auckland's North Shore, the Defence Force owns a number of houses and flats that are available for allocation to serving, regular force personnel.
Transit Flats
There are six self-contained transit flats available for rental to RNZN personnel and their extended families. Defence Shared Services manage the transit flats.
