The first of the Royal New Zealand Navy’s Offshore Patrol Vessels, HMNZS OTAGO, has arrived at Devonport Naval Base to a rousing welcome from Navy personnel.
Chief of Navy, Rear-Admiral Tony Parr and Ministry of Defence Project Director Garry Collier formally accepted the Offshore Patrol Vessel, HMNZS OTAGO, into the Royal New Zealand Navy at a ceremony in Melbourne today.
