Operations Room

The Operations Room with crew and lit up consoles The Operations Room is the nerve centre of the ship. It contains equipment for monitoring and controlling electronic warfare, fire control, the chaff launcher, aircraft control, torpedo firing, the sonar display, navigation radar display, underwater telephone, air picture supervisor, action picture supervisor and many other vital functions.  The Captain has a central chair and when not on the Bridge will spend a lot of time in this room.
